UC Santa Cruz politics professor Mark Massoud wins Guggenheim Fellowship
Mark Fathi Massoud, assistant professor of politics and legal studies at UC Santa Cruz, has been awarded a Guggenheim Fellowship to further his research on law in war-affected regions.
