Deep-fried artichoke hearts, shrimp cocktail, marbled cheesecake, and other delicacies take center stage Tuesday, September 9, at Catering Showcase 1997 in the College Eight/Oakes Dining Hall. All UCSC faculty and staff are invited to the event, which features free food and a raffle drawing. University Dining Services sponsors the showcase to introduce faculty and staff to its catering menus and services. The showcase takes place from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Reservations are required.
