Coolidge Drive will be closed for part of Saturday morning for the Race the Flames event.
Some UC Santa Cruz roads will be temporarily closed Saturday morning in support of Race the Flames, a road race to focus on emergency preparedness.
The race starts at 8 a.m. on the East Field and brings participants down Coolidge Drive to finish at the campus entrance for a resource fair.
Motorists should use the West Entrance if they need to enter campus between 7:45 a.m. and 9 a.m.
