Beginning Monday, December 11 and continuing through Friday, December 15, campus will conduct final in-person interviews in the search for the director of Athletics & Recreation. Campus leadership invites all UC Santa Cruz community members to participate in the process and provide feedback on the four finalists. Each finalist will be on campus for one day, meeting with campus constituencies.
Students are invited to attend a 50-minute student-only lunch meeting with each finalist held in the Bay Tree Conference Center. Lunch will be provided free to students who register to attend. Register to attend lunches here. You must register by December 8th at noon.
The town hall talks will be hybrid. Faculty and staff are invited to attend in person or view online via Zoom. No registration is needed. The talks will be recorded and available until Wednesday, Dec. 20 at noon for those who cannot attend the live talk. Each finalist will give a 30-40 minute talk, followed by a 40-50 minute real-time moderated Q&A. Remote attendees may ask questions via chat. Add the town hall talks to your calendar here.
Finalist names, resumes, the event links and the survey links will be available one week before the finalist is scheduled to visit and can be found online here.
