The Division of Finance, Operations and Administration realigns teams to improve services to campus

Finance, Operations and Administration (FOA) has reorganized several departments within the division in order to better align services with campus needs.

Payroll and CruzPay

Staff Human Resources (SHR) payroll and administrative teams have joined Financial Affairs to align services related to UCPath. The new team, Payroll Administration & Timekeeping (previously SHR Operations) is under Payroll Director Pam Heintzleman. Team members are now referred to as Payroll Administrative Specialists or Timekeepers and will continue to report to Robin Reid. 

The SHR CruzPay team has been integrated into the Financial Affairs Enterprise Financial Systems CruzPay team. 

Employee  Housing

Employee Housing has joined the Financial Affairs Real Estate and Contract Services team to align services supporting employees with university housing needs.  

Baytree Campus Store

The Baytree Campus Store has joined the Enterprise Solutions team, a new department within Financial Affairs, with Gregg Edgar serving as interim director. The campus store will continue to deliver exceptional customer service to the campus community and find new ways to meet student needs.
