UC WI is a unique, experiential, professional development program committed to enabling the full participation and success of woman-identified professionals at our University. Designed for mid-career faculty and staff participants, and sponsored by the Office of the President, the program is open to all employees who are committed to the initiative's mission. Participant focus includes:
- Building strategic relationships
- Actively communicating your value to the organization
- Advocating for your needs in the workplace
- Coaching others to demonstrate their value to the organization
- Increasing your awareness of diverse UC career paths
