On December 21 and 22, the Great Meadow Bike Path is scheduled to be closed for maintenance. Those who regularly walk or bike on the path should use alternate routes to ensure their safety and the safety of employees who will be working on the path. Please observe closure signage and do not put yourself or others at risk.
Drivers should anticipate increased bike traffic on Hagar Drive and Heller Drive. As always, give cyclists at least 3 feet when passing and use caution. Cyclists are strongly encouraged to use bike lights at night, especially as it will be dark before 5pm, and always wear a helmet.
