We are deeply saddened to share with you the news that Kresge student Dylan Slusser passed away recently.

Dylan began at UC Santa Cruz in Fall 2014 and returned in Fall 2021 to continue his studies. He was double-majoring in Literature and Linguistics. In Dylan’s words: “I absolutely love Linguistics and have a passion for studying Language.” He hoped to pursue graduate studies and teach English abroad after finishing his bachelor’s degree. We mourn the loss of this treasured member of our Kresge community and extend our condolences to Dylan’s family, friends, and loved ones.
