Re: 2022 Campus Elections Announcement
The ballot initiative language for the Spring 2022 Campus Elections is now available for your review at elections.ucsc.edu. Please take a moment to review this year's undergraduate and graduate student ballots which include the following items:
- 2022 Student Fee Measures
- 2022 Opinion Polls
- 2022 Student Union Assembly (SUA) Constitutional Amendments
- 2022 Student Union Assembly (SUA) Candidates
- 2022 Graduate Student Association (GSA) Candidates
The Campus Elections will be conducted via the world wide web at the elections website. Below is a QR code for students to quickly access the website where they will sign in to access their ballot. Votes will be accepted electronically between 12:00am on Monday, April 18th, 2022 and 11:59pm on Monday, April 25th, 2022. Arrangements for access for people with disabilities must be made by contacting the Campus Elections Co-Commissioner, Travis S. Becker (trbecker@ucsc.edu) before 5pm Friday, April 15th, 2022.
In order to vote, students will need to enter their Gold ID and Gold Password. If you do not have that information, check with the Office of the Registrar, 831.459.4412. Only currently registered (Spring 2022, based on third week records) undergraduate and graduate students of UCSC are eligible to vote. Votes may be cast from any computer with internet access.
We welcome your attendance at the upcoming Elections Forum on Wednesday, April 13th from 5:30- 7:00pm to learn more about the proposed student fee measures, proposed SUA constitutional amendments and opinion polls. You can register to attend via this Elections Forum zoom link.
SUA candidate debates will take place Friday, April 15th from 6:00- 8:00pm, also via Zoom. You can attend the SUA candidate debates via this SUA candidate debate zoom link.
