SUA now accepting funding applications for Winter 2022 SOFA Round 2

Is your student organization looking for funding support for an upcoming event you are planning? The Student Union Assembly (SUA) is now accepting applications for SOFA (Student Organization Funding Advisory), SUA’s largest funding body for student organizations. The SOFA Committee serves as SUA's body for assessing funding requests from Student Organizations on our campus. 

This will be the last opportunity to apply for funding this quarter. Here are the important dates and deadlines for the second round of SOFA funding for the Winter Quarter:

  1. Friday, February 11, 2022 - 2nd SOFA application period opens
    1. Winter SOFA Application found here
    2. Wednesday, February 16, 2022, at 11:59 pm - SOFA Application period closes 
    3. Friday, February 18, 2022 - Mandatory SOFA Meeting (Time and Zoom link will be emailed to Student Organizations 24 hours prior) 
    4. Tuesday, February 29, 2022 - Final funding decisions will be made by the SUA

A student representative from your student organization must be available to provide a brief presentation for the funding request to the SOFA Committee on Friday, February 18, 2022.
