Student Health Services Closed Dates during Spring Break 2021

Student Health Services—Student Health Center (SHC), Counseling and Psychological Services  (CAPS), Student Health Outreach & Promotion (SHOP) and Campus Advocacy Resources &  Education (CARE) will be closed for mandatory staff trainings on the following dates/times during  Spring Break week: 

Monday, March 22, 2021 CLOSED ALL DAY—All Student Health Services will be CLOSED for  mandatory training (note: limited Health Center telehealth appointments will be held 8:30-9:30)  

 

Tuesday, March 23, 2021 

CLOSED 12n-5p—Student Health Center, CARE and SHOP (not CAPS) will be CLOSING  from 12n-5p for mandatory trainings.  

CAPS will be open all day March 23rd 

Friday, March 26, 2021 CLOSED ALL DAY—All Student Health Services will be CLOSED for the  Cesar Chavez Holiday, resuming patient and client care operations on Monday, March 29th at 8am

CAPS: For mental health assistance, CAPS After Hours Phone Crisis Services will be available by  calling 831-459-2628 and pressing #3 (talk to a counselor). 

 
CARE: To contact an Advocate during this time email care@ucsc.edu or call 831-502-2273 and leave  a voicemail with your name and number and a brief mention of your immediate needs. We will  respond within the next day. For immediate crisis services, contact the National Sexual Assault  Hotline at 800-656-HOPE (4673) to be routed to a local sexual assault service provider in your area.
