The DUO platform used for Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for the Gold password systems, is experiencing issues where some users are being presented with "Invalid txid" error messages in the Duo Prompt during authentication.
The company has reported that you can still complete authentication by canceling an automatic push and requesting a new push authentication manually.
