The UC Santa Cruz Cashier's Office is merging with the customer service team of the Student Business Services Office, transforming into the SBS Financial Service Center.
The SBS Financial Service Center will be located on the first floor of the Hahn Student Services Building, where the Cashier's Office was located.
The goal of the project is to have all student financial account interactions in one location. This change will better serve students by streamlining cashiering and customer service operations, in order to better serve students.
The goal is to have the SBS Financial Service Center open on Sept. 26.
While the Cashier's Office is closed for remodel, the online UCSC eBill/ePay system via MyUCSC is still available for making account payments. Payments will be applied within 24 hours of remittance.
Cash, checks, and cashier's checks can be deposited at the outside 24-hour depository near the north entrance of the Hahn Building.
