UC Path is an information system being implemented across all the University of California (UC) locations. It will replace a 35-year old payroll system. UCPath will unify and standardize the technology and practices used and designed for managing and processing payroll, benefits, and human resources.
Prepare for UCPath
- Sign up for Direct Deposit by Nov. 15 to avoid January pay delays if you are currently receiving paper paychecks. If you currently receive your pay via Direct Deposit, you do not need to sign up again.
- Submit and approve CruzPay timesheets by accelerated deadlines to avoid missed pay.
- Make any TAPS payroll deductions before Nov. 22 (announcement). During the month of December, no changes will be permitted. Email TAPS with questions.
- Before 11:59 p.m. on Dec. 3, update home addresses in AYSO. AYSO becomes view-only thereafter and will be maintained for retirement and historical (pre-2020) records.
