In response to changes in regulatory requirements, Business and Administrative Services is proposing updates the UC Santa Cruz Water Protection policy and invites your comments.
Minor updates include revised definitions, an added definition for UCSC Controlled Property, and fixes to links. Substantial updates include the removal of the reference to the Storm Water Management Plan in accordance with changes in regulatory requirements and the added reference to the Storm Water Management Program Guidance Documents.

If no substantial comments are received, this policy will be forwarded to the Campus Provost and Executive Vice Chancellor on or the following business day for final approval. The policies will be effective as of the final signature date and published on the Administrative Policy website at https://policy.ucsc.edu/index.html.
