Conclusion of strike activity
Today’s labor action by UPTE workers and their supporters has concluded.
Campus Metro service, which had been limited to stops at the base of campus, has now resumed regular operations.
The strike is set to end at 3:59 a.m. tomorrow (Thursday), and the campus will resume its regular operations with all dining halls opening as scheduled and campus shuttles resuming routes.
Today’s labor action unfolded peacefully for striking workers, their supporters, and those entering and exiting campus. We appreciate everyone’s patience and cooperation.
