This notice is to inform you that the Phased Retirement program is scheduled to sunset on December 31, 2019. Under this program an eligible employee who was within an estimated three years of retirement, with the approval of their supervisor and department head, could choose to voluntarily reduce his or her percentage of appointment and pay.
As the Phased Retirement program ends, the University will continue to explore tools to assist with our succession planning strategies.
