The Office of Research is proposing a new policy that addresses research safety in the field.
As required by the standard campus policy review process, the draft policy is available online. Comments may be submitted to fieldsafety@ucsc.edu by close of business Friday, Nov. 10, 2017.
If no substantial comments are received, this policy will be forwarded to the CP/EVC on or after Nov. 10, 2017, for approval. The final policy will be effective as of the date of CP/EVC approval and published on the Administrative Policy website at https://policy.ucsc.edu/index.html.
