UCSC Staff Mentorship Pilot Program

The UC Santa Cruz Staff Advisory Board is honored to announce the return of its Staff Mentorship Program.

This round of the mentor program will run from July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2018.

The Staff Advisory Board-sponsored Staff Mentorship Program pairs experienced UCSC staff members from all campus units with newer staff members seeking to develop themselves professionally and advance their careers at UCSC.

The program provides a supportive structure in which participants can cultivate networking contacts, explore challenges, and enhance their effectiveness as they design their personal growth and career paths at UCSC.

The program also provides the opportunity to gather information, develop peer support, learn more about the function of UCSC, and better understand the UCSC organizational culture and opportunities.

All mentees must be non-represented staff and must have permanent status. The mentee application deadline is May 31.
