Re: eduroam wireless service update

You may have noticed this week that your connection to eduroam wireless service has intermittently been disrupted. Thank you to those people who reported the problems!

ITS has identified two separate issues and will be fixing one of the issues this afternoon, April 7 from 4:00PM - 4:30PM. During this time, eduroam will be unavailable for approximately 15 minutes.

During this maintenance window, you may choose to use CruzNet for basic wireless connectivity. After the work is complete, you may reconnect to eduroam. If you are unable to automatically reconnect to eduroam, please turn your wireless off and then back on, or you may reset your device.
