With 100,000 alumni around the world, UC Santa Cruz is the hub of a powerful network that can connect recent graduates with established alumni. Those connections can jumpstart careers, facilitate introductions, and spark lasting friendships.
We want to energize the UC Santa Cruz community and remove any barriers between alumni, recent graduates, and current students. That's why we are happy to announce that all alumni now have free, unlimited access to the services and support of the UC Santa Cruz Alumni Association. We've eliminated all membership dues in an effort to bring all 100,000 of our alumni into the fold.
Alumni have told us through surveys and anecdotal feedback that they want to connect with current students to help them navigate the transition from graduation to career. Our new online Career Advice Network (CAN) connects alumni with students by profession to facilitate mentoring and conversation.
We want current students to know that from the moment they are admitted to UC Santa Cruz, they are joining a unique, responsive community that will support them for the rest of their lives. We're working to make that community more inclusive and accessible than ever. Go, Slugs!
