The 2015 Leadership Academy will meet over a four-month period, from January through April 2015. Each session will highlight specific issues and challenges faced by UC Santa Cruz leaders. Through presentation, discussion, and experiential learning, participants will broaden their understanding of how UCSC operates and hone their leadership skills and abilities.
The Academy provides a unique opportunity for cross-campus networking and for dialogue with the Executive Vice Chancellor and other campus leaders. View the full flyer.
The Academy is intended for Senate faculty and for staff employees [Senior Analyst PSS K – MSP V (or equivalent)] with at least six months of service. Continuing lecturers may apply and will be accepted into the Academy if space permits.
Applicants must commit to attending all sessions and to full participation in the 360-degree assessment process.
