If you are eligible to purchase a parking permit at UCSC and haven’t yet done so, please use the online application at https://basweb.ucsc.edu/application2013/. Permits ordered on-line after tomorrow (September 6th) will not be mailed out, but held for pick up at the TAPS Sales Office between 7:00am-5:00pm, Monday through Friday. From September 23–26, a tent will be erected in Lot 116 (intersection of Carriage House and Ox Team Roads) specifically to distribute these prepaid permits; the tent will be staffed between 7:00am-4:00pm.
One-day R permits will be available for sale weekdays in the East Remote parking lot from Monday, September 23rd through at least Thursday, October 3rd.
East Remote Overflow Lot #5 (the area north of the East Remote lot) will be available to R permit holders this year. A map of the East Remote showing all overflow lots is available at the TAPS website.
