CUCSA System-wide Staff Engagement Survey Forum

Please join the Staff Advisory Board, along with Council of UC Staff Assemblies (CUCSA) Chair, Steve Garber and Executive Director of System-wide Employee Relations, Joe Epperson, to learn about the UC system-wide and local campus results of the May 2012 staff engagement survey.  While the survey was taken from a sampling of non-represented staff at each UC campus, all UCSC staff are invited and encouraged to attend next week’s forum which will take place as follows:

Background

In May 2012, the Council of UC Staff Assemblies (CUCSA) embarked on a project with the system-wide Staff Human Resources office to survey a random sample of non-represented staff from each UC campus regarding their engagement with the UC workforce system-wide and how it differs by key organizational segments and demographics.  The results of the survey have been released and can be found at can be found at http://www.ucop.edu/cucsa/engagement-materials.html.

*Note:  This survey was conducted prior to, and is separate from, the system-wide Campus Climate Survey distributed earlier this year to all students, faculty and staff.
