In cooperation with members of the Student Union Assembly (SUA), Transportation and Parking Services (TAPS) is pleased to announce a new transit service designed to transport UCSC students from the Quarry Plaza to two popular end-of-the-quarter destinations: the Diridon CalTrain Station in San Jose, and the Mineta San Jose International Airport.
This pilot program will provided limited shuttle service four times a day—at 7am, 10am, 1pm and 4pm—on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, December 12, 13, and 14. Best of all the cost to rider is free! To learn more about the Slug Shuttle and make a reservation, visit the Slug Shuttle Information Page on the TAPS website. TAPS staff will review your application and confirm your seat on the shuttle within 24 hours of submittal.
