Every year, the Baskin School of Engineering holds a Senior Design Contest in which engineering students present their final capstone project before a panel of judges. This year's event will take place on Friday, June 15, from 4 to 9 p.m., in the Simularium (Room 180) in the Engineering 2 Building.
The final capstone project course in the engineering curriculum has students work on a substantial project in small teams over the course of two quarters. They complete the course with a final presentation and demonstration of their project.
In the Senior Design Contest, a panel of judges made up of prominent alumni and other distinguished guests are invited to watch these presentations and present awards to the best teams.
