If you have an annual 2011-12 parking permit or Faculty/Staff Metro bus pass, please know that they will expire this Saturday, June 30th. To allow sufficient time to process and mail your new 2012-13 permit or pass, please go to https://basweb.ucsc.edu/application2012b/ (or to the main TAPS website at http://taps.ucsc.edu) and fill out the online application as soon as possible.
University Police have agreed to not cite 2011-12 permits through the end of next week (Friday, July 6th). Similarly, Metro will continue to accept 2011-12 passes through the same time frame. However, with reduced campus mail services and a holiday next week, please submit your application no later than this Friday, June 29th to ensure that you have your new permit or bus pass before July 9th. Please continue to display your 2011-12 permit (or use your 2011-12 bus pass) through Friday, July 6th if necessary.
