On-line W-2's At Your Service

Sign up to Access your W-2 on the web and save a tree.
 
UC employees can securely access and download W-2 forms online from the UC At Your Service On-line (AYSO) employee self-service web site ( http://atyourservice.ucop.edu/). W-2 forms are available for the 2010 tax year and for tax years dating back to 2005. Sign up to receive your W-2 form electronically and get next year’s W-2 by mid-January 2012 instead of a waiting for delivery by mail of a paper W-2 form. To sign up for electronic W-2 delivery, follow these steps:
 
1.     Point your browser to the UC At Your Service On-line (AYSO) web site ( http://atyourservice.ucop.edu/)
2.     Select "Sign in to My Accounts"
3.     Enter your username and password
4.     Select "W-2" under the "Income and Taxes" heading
5.     Select "Select Delivery Method” and check the box
6.     Confirm, and submit your request
 
NOTE: if you have already enrolled for electronic W-2 delivery, you will receive the message “You have chosen to receive your W-2 electronically”; no further action on your part is required.
