UCSC has started campus-only recruitments for the positions of Dean of the Humanities Division, Vice Provost and Dean of Undergraduate Education, and Vice Provost for Academic Affairs/Co-Chief Diversity Officer for Faculty. These are key leadership positions that play a vital role in the functioning and future of our campus, especially as we adjust to the changing financial landscape.
We seek applications from and nominations of individuals who have strong leadership skills and who are dedicated to moving the campus forward. I have appointed three search committees to assist me with these recruitments.
