Summer child care camp on campus

To: UCSC Community

From: Emili Willet, director, Early Education Services

Do you need child care this summer? Early Education Services is launching a new summer camp on campus with child care for children ages 14 months through entering fourth grade. The summer camp will be available with two, five-week sessions, from June 20–July 22 and July 25–August 26. The camp is conveniently located at the child care center at Family Student Housing.

Applications will be accepted between March 1–18. UCSC students, faculty, staff, and visiting scholars are invited to apply and participate in the camp; there are 62 spots available. Enrollment offers will be made between March 29–April 8; the program may be canceled due to low enrollment.

Summer camp fees vary based on the age of the child, family eligibility for reduced fees, and/or affiliation with UCSC. More detailed information about the summer camp and application instructions is available online at http://housing.ucsc.edu/childcare/summer-camp.html.
