Possible Traffic Delays at West Entrance Friday 8/27

Campus commuters who travel through the West Entrance should anticipate potential daytime traffic delays on Friday, August 27 as crews repave the Heller/Empire Grade intersection. Grinding the existing roadbed and resurfacing with new pavement will take place during the regular work day, with traffic control provided by flaggers and construction cones.

Striping of the pavement is currently scheduled for next Wednesday and Thursday, September 1 and 2, weather permitting. Brief delays may occur as workers control traffic while paint is applied to the pavement.
