Protesters marching toward the main campus entrance for a noon rally surround and block a parking enforcement officer in his vehicle.
Noon rally at the base of campus.
Late Thursday afternoon, marchers parade across Bay Drive and High Street with a Banana Slug puppet.
Marchers on High Street approach base of campus to join a 5 p.m. rally.
At dusk, rally continues in the intersection of High Street and Bay Drive.
