During an event that may limit employee access to campus, routine services in Grounds, Custodial, Fleet and Building and Utility Services will be reduced. Physical Plant will make every effort to provide essential emergency services.
The Work Order desk will continue to function as usual. Routine work will be dispatched as workforce permits, but may be entered into the work order system for later attention. Emergency issues will be dispatched to the appropriate unit.
Please call the Work Order desk, 831-459-4444, 7:30 am. to 5 p.m., to report unsafe conditions, areas in need of paper supplies, and for all other facility-related issues.
