We are pleased to announce that we have a sufficient supply of H1N1 influenza vaccine, which we will administer to registered students, faculty, and staff with a reservation. The cost for administration of the H1N1 vaccine is $15. In addition, we have abundant seasonal flu vaccine and will accommodate walk ins during the Friday 1/8/10 clinic at the Student Union. The cost for administration of the Seasonal Flu vaccine is $25.
Students may charge the fee to their student account or pay by check or cash. Anthem Blue Cross (USHIP and GSHIP) insurance plans will reimburse individuals for the cost of influenza vaccine administration as will many major insurance carriers. Faculty and Staff may pay for the vaccine by check or cash.
