Campus Elections - Mandatory Orientation for Student Fee Referendum and Opinion Polls

To: UCSC Students

From: Lucy Rojas, Elections Commissioner

Please mark your calendars for the upcoming orientations for those interested in authoring a student fee referendum, opinion polls, or SUA Constitutional Amendments on the 2010 Campus Elections ballot. It is mandatory to attend one of these three sessions if you plan to author a referendum, opinion poll or SUA Constitutional Amendment. Please note: No make-up sessions will be offered. The orientation session will provide an overview of the Campus Elections process and time line, elections policies, and will also provide resources and guidance on how to author a referendum, opinion poll or amendment. If a team of students is working in collaboration with a campus administrative unit, it is encouraged that multiple members of the team attend the orientation.

Please select one of the following sessions to attend:

Monday, November 23rd: 2:00 - 3:00 pm

Location: Student Affairs Conference Room, Hahn 245
