The campus has a number of summer dining options.
University Center, above the College 9/10 Dining Commons, is open all summer and includes:
- Terra Fresca restaurant, open 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. every Friday. Serves "globally inspired" buffet menus each week. Chef Jamie Smith posts the menu online each week for the coming Friday.
- The Coffee Bar is open 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday. Serves coffee drinks including mochas and cappuccinos, as well as organic teas. Freshly prepared sandwiches and salads are also available to enjoy on the patio or take back to the office. Check the web site for full menu.
