On Tuesday, April 14, 2009, Staff Human Resources will sponsor two briefings on "Understanding Workplace Violence" for UCSC employees. The briefings will be conducted by the law firm of Littler Mendelson and will be held at the University Inn, Sierra Room, at 9:00 a.m. and again at 1:00 p.m. Employees are encouraged to enroll in one of these 3-hour briefings.
Participants will receive information on how to identify warning signs and how to take appropriate security measures for campus and personal safety.
