The Student Health Center is once again offering flu shots for campus staff and faculty. Due to the Health Center renovation, this year we are scheduling the clinics at the Bay Tree Conference Center and not at the Student Health Center.
Flu shots will be offered on the following days and times:
Tuesday, November 4th, 8:00 - 10:00 am at Bay Tree, Muwekma Ohlone Conference Room
Wednesday, November 5th, 8:00 - 10:00 am at Bay Tree, Muwekma Ohlone Conference Room
Friday, November 7th, 8:00 - 10:00 am at Bay Tree, Muwekma Ohlone Conference Room
Wednesday, November 12th, 8:00 - 10:00 am at Bay Tree, Amah Mutsun Conference Room
Thursday, November 13th, 8:00 - 10:00 am at Bay Tree, Amah Mutsun Conference Room
In order to reduce waiting time, reservations are requested and can be made online at: http://sa-web.ucsc.edu/staff/fluclinic There are twelve reservation spaces available every thirty minutes. There is limited space, so please reserve early. The reservations home page includes contact information should you have questions about making a reservation, canceling a reservation, billing, general flu shot inquiries.
The cost is $25 and is payable by cash or your personal check made out to the "UC Regents". (Units wishing to provide a recharge for staff coverage must make a reservation and then contact Teresa Dunn in the Student Health Center Billing Office ahead of time at 9-4480. If a staff member's name is not on the official list, they must pay for their flu shot at the time of service.)

Please note that the cost of flu shots at off campus locations may vary from the Student Health Center cost.
