The University recently revised its Nondiscrimination and Affirmative Action Policy to provide consistency with recently published regulations for implementation of the Jobs for Veterans Act of 2002 and to make explicit retaliation provisions and protections of the University policy.
Please discard and refrain from distributing the prior policy issued in 2004 and replace it with the July 2008 revised policy.
