Please join the Staff Advisory Board and Chancellor George Blumenthal for the Staff Appreciation BBQ on Wednesday, May 28th from 11:30-1:30 p.m. on the East Field (OPERS).
This is an opportunity to express appreciation for the great work staff contributes to the campus throughout the year. The BBQ is an outdoor event and shade tents will be limited, so we encourage staff to bring a hat and/or sunscreen. Blankets are welcome if you would like to sit on the grass.
Due to limited availability of campus shuttles, we are providing free parking in the East Remote Parking lot from 11-2 p.m. for staff who work off-campus. We encourage those coming from off-campus to carpool with their co-workers so as to limit the amount of cars.
Some highlights of the event are:
* BBQ Food for all staff
* Musical entertainment provided by staff musicians
* A raffle will be held every half-hour for great prizes
* Booths displaying staff services, benefits, and activities on campus
