The Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action Office is sponsoring two training series over the winter and spring quarters.
The first, titled Cultural Competency Issues in Supervision, is a six-part series on the dynamics of managing a diverse workforce. It is designed for anyone with supervisory or management responsibilities.
The second workshop is Career Pathways for Administrative Assistants. This five-week series will provide administrative assistants with opportunities for career exploration, including skills assessments, interest inventories, and networking opportunities to retain and develop them. It is open to all levels of administrative assistants.
