OPERS Wellness Center will present its Adopt-A-Slug Buddy Wellness Program January 14-March 7.
The goal of the Adopt-A-Slug Program is to encourage all members of the UCSC community to become physically active and learn more about improving their personal wellness.
Exercise partners--or buddies--participate in wellness and physical activities together and log their sessions within the program timeline. Participants accumulate points, and depending on how many points you have at the end, prizes will be awarded. All participants who accumulate the minimum number of points will be entered into the grand prize drawing for new bikes, iPods, and other fun things.
