Employees getting paid through direct deposit received their last paper earnings statement in December.
Starting with direct-deposit payments made in January 2008, a message will be sent to each employee's UCSC e-mail address letting them know that their earnings statement is available for viewing and printing at UCOP's At Your Service Online (AYSO). The web site maintains an employee's earning statements for at least the last 18 months.
Employees may request that they continue to receive a paper earning statement by completing an Earnings Statement Online Disposition Exception Form, which can be found at http://finaff.ucsc.edu/payroll/accessStatement.htm.
