New Regent's Scholars and Karl S. Pister Leadership Fellows were welcomed by continuing Regent's Scholars, deans, provosts, faculty mentors, and staff at a luncheon hosted by Vice Provost and Dean of Undergraduate Education William Ladusaw on September 30.
New to UCSC this year are 51 Regent's Scholars and 11 Karl S. Pister Leadership Fellows.
This year's annual welcome reception drew more than 90 student scholars, faculty, and staff. Held at the Cowell College Provost House, the gathering provided an opportunity for the new incoming Regent's Scholars and Karl S. Pister Fellows to connect with members of the campus community who will be supporting them throughout their academic careers at UCSC.
