Online earnings statements will replace paper earnings statements in fall 2007.
In an effort to improve data security and take another step toward creating a sustainable campus, after the September 7, 2007, pay date, current and new employees will no longer receive a paper version of the monthly Statement of Earnings. Instead, the Statements may be accessed and printed, if desired, from the UC At Your Service (AYSO) website. A paper Online earnings statements will replace paper earnings statements in fall 2007. The AYSO website may be accessed from any computer that has an internet connection, including a home computer. Information on how to access the Statement of Earnings from the UC AYSO website may be obtained from the Payroll website at

Employees who do not have access to a computer or are otherwise unable to obtain the statement of Earnings on-line may request that the paper Statement of Earnings continue to be provided to them by completing the Earnings Statement Online Disposition Exception Form, which is also available from the Payroll Office website or from the Payroll Office. The form may also be used to change a request made to receive a paper Statement of Earnings.
By accessing the Statement of Earnings on-line, the risk of disclosure of personal information stemming from the handling and distribution of paper statements are reduced. Also reduced are the amounts of paper, toner, envelopes, and energy required to transport and distribute the Statements.
