UCSC Blue Light Emergency Telephone Outage

We write to inform you that the campus "Blue Light" emergency telephone located at the Hagar Drive bus stop, between the Bay Tree Bookstore and the new Humanities & Social Sciences building, will be out of service for five weeks beginning Wednesday, June 27.

The entire telephone unit will be removed so that work can begin to install a new telephone pedestal and associated wiring.

The next closest "Blue Phone" is located at the base of the Redwood building in Quarry Plaza.
