You are invited to submit nominations for the 2007 UCSC Chancellor's Achievement Awards for Diversity. These awards will honor and showcase campus faculty, staff, and programs that have made outstanding contributions in furthering diversity at UCSC. Eligible recipients include faculty and staff members, campus units (e.g. offices, departments or divisions), and academic or administrative programs.

Faculty and staff are invited to nominate any individual, unit/division, or program for the award. Nomination forms are available on the EEO/AA web site: http://www2.ucsc.edu/eeo-aa/
All nominations must be received by the EEO/Affirmative Action Office by Wednesday, April 25, 2007.
Recipients will be chosen by a selection committee comprised of a representative from the following groups:

* Staff Advisory Board
* EEO/Affirmative Action
* Academic Human Resources
* Staff Human Resources
