ITS Holiday Closure Information

The ITS Support Center will be closed during the campus holiday closure dates from December 23, 2006, through January 1, 2007. If you have a critical system or a network emergency during the campus closure, please call (831) 459-HELP (4357). Messages will be reviewed every six hours during the closure, and support staff will be on call to restore critical network and central server services in the event of any failures to these systems.

In addition, please note the following information regarding ITS services during the 2006-07 campus closure:

-The Data Center will remain operational throughout the campus closure 24/7.

- All Instructional Computing Labs and the Faculty Instructional Technology Center (FITC) will be closed during the campus closure.

- Media Services will be closed during the campus closure.

- All campus network services will remain in operation during the campus closure. ITS will respond only to unplanned, emergency network problems during the closure.

- All campus voice systems will remain in operation during the campus closure. Telephone repairs, moves, and changes will not be performed during the campus closure.
