Members of the University of California Board of Regents will visit the UC Santa Cruz campus and its Silicon Valley Center on October 18-19. During their visit, the Regents will tour facilities, hear about plans for the future, and meet key campus leaders, including Acting Chancellor George Blumenthal.
The Regents make three informational visits each year to campuses within the UC system. This is their first visit to UCSC since 2002; they will be joined by staff from the UC Office of the President and other invited guests.
The Regents will hold two public comment periods, one on each day of their visit:
Wednesday, October 18

Thursday, October 19
9:15-9:35 a.m. Location: Music Recital Hall
