Student Health Center will close during Monday, March 21 power disruptions

The Student Health Center will close at 1 p.m. Monday, March 21, 2016, due to planned power outage on campus. Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) will be closed all day Monday, March 21, 2016, due to planned staff training off site.

Students needing urgent medical care on March 21 are advised to seek attention at the Palo Alto Medical Foundation, Westside Urgent Care, which is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and located at 1301 Mission St., Santa Cruz. You may contact the clinic by calling 831-458-6310.  You may also obtain an After Hours Care Handout at our main entrance or online at our website healthcenter.ucsc.edu

For mental health assistance, CAPS After Hours Phone Crisis Services will be available all day by calling 831-459-2628 and pressing 3.

Student Health Services will resume same day services patient and client care operations, 9:30 a.m. – 5 p.m., Tuesday, March 22, 2016.

SHS and CAPS will be closed Friday, March 25, 2016, in honor of the Cesar Chavez holiday.
